The Shape of Energy

Scientists have long held that matter is neither created nor destroyed. In terms of the cosmos, we humans like to think of ourselves as beings made from stardust - which, in the overall scheme and complexity of the Universe, is not an inaccurate correlation! But what I find the most interesting of all is how the human body is an exemplary specimen for comparison to the cosmos itself.
We are warm-blooded, aerobic, carbon-based beings who thrive in our existence on a planet covered in water and precisely close enough to a star where we are "just right" for sustaining life, also known as The Goldilocks Zone. Life, by its very definition, is the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity and continual change preceding death. We are "aerobic" because we breathe in the air, comprised mainly of nitrogen that stabilizes and dilutes oxygen - the gas our carbon-based bodies are designed to run on, as oxygen is 15x more effective at storing chemical energy in a biologically accessible form.
Namely, the human body.
Humans literally breathe in energy efficient enough to then be transmuted through our biological systems (in this case, the respiratory system) into oxygen-rich cells in our blood (the circulatory system) that then feed our muscles, our bones, and all of our other organs, including our reproductive system which enables our ability to gestate and replicate as a species. It is the basis upon which our base metabolic capacities to expel energy are measured, so we can ensure the healthy consumption of the other life-sustaining requirements: food, water, and sunshine as well as enabling cycles of rest and renewal (sleep). It is the framework for how we grow, how we spawn new humans in our likeness, and how we age to the point that our energy is completely expelled and our physical form wears out and we die.
But this is where it gets interesting, you see, because the human body is a closed system. We most frequently talk about the larger bodily systems such as the digestive tract, cardiovascular organs, and our musculoskeletal framework. But we forget several of the smaller systems and even refer to "the nervous system and the brain" in one sentence without fully comprehending exactly what it is that the nervous system actually does, nor which other biological activities are deeply involved in maintaining the energetic shape of the human body as a closed system. We know we have nerve endings, and we know we have fluid that makes us swell on hot days, and we talk endlessly about health and what we think our body "needs". But do we truly understand how ALL of these systems, when tied together, do what they do to not only sustain life but enable us to be fully conscious of it at the same time?
We have long known that the brain gets the most credit for our thinking processes and holding memory, even though we are still discovering the true nature of how the brain functions overall. We also know we humans have high-functioning brains with billions of neurons, each with thousands of synaptic connections - an organ so complex that even AI has yet to completely map the full extent of the biological neural network. And yet, we are only now learning that our neural activity works in conjunction with our literal self-awareness - that is, the brain self-organizes inputs by the way in which the very cells in the neural network are connected, a theory known as continuous attractor networks (CAN) theory. So far, applied scientific studies have yielded that out of the mathematical models mapping the dimensionality of our neural network brain data, the cells of the network (called grid cells) move in the shape of a donut.
Stemming from the brain and across our entire body are nerve endings. In 2018, researchers identified the interstitial as a potential new organ - basically, the network of fluid-filled spaces across your entire body that works in tandem with both the nervous system, the immune system and the lymphatic system to regulate immune responses and maintain the balance of healthy fluids, while also enabling nutrient delivery and waste removal.
But the nervous, lymphatic, and immune systems don't just stop there - they are also involved in the lungs, heart, stomach, and reproductive functions by way of constant fluid homeostasis, immune trafficking, and generalized functional regulation. In other words, the nervous system is the electrical neural network (pathways), the lymphatic system is the conduction method (like lightning hitting a lake), and the immune system maintains our health - including our Cosmic health.
When a human heart beats, it is measurable in a linear fashion over time as it drums a beat and pushes blood through the body. Similar to when a stone is dropped into a lake, the heart's reverberations vibrate in a sine wave. The brain, when recorded by an EEG, also oscillates in a sine wave pattern. In fact, many of our physiological processes operate through a series of syncopated biorhythms, helping humans track what time to eat, when it is best to rest, and even the quality of the energy we expend at various points throughout any given day is the "shape" of our energy.
Therefore, considering that we are energetic conductors, with bodies that are comprised of 60-70% water, the shape of human energy is a wave. Humans process energy through inbound sensations: air waves, sound waves, light waves. We then use that energy to not only fuel the body, but also to generate a toroidal electromagnetic field, which then further enables our executive functioning to process more sensory input from the world around us, giving us additional context of our spatial reality.
Humans, therefore, are nothing but donut-shaped batteries walking through relative time and space.
So, naturally, if we can map a human's physiological processes to such a degree, could we not also map our emotions, our fears, our urges - our very existential vitality, even! - through the same set of organs? Recent biological studies support a variety of organs across the human body having their own way of "thinking". The stomach, or, more broadly, "the gut", has long held the reality of being the "second brain" in the body. Recent studies have now described the heart as being its own "little brain "with an entire mini nervous system. Even our very cells, during fetal growth, contain Mitochondrial DNA, adding credence to not only the maternal line through the oocytes contained within a growing fetus' ovaries - a direct link between a grandmother and a granddaughter growing in a mother's uterus - but also to how even evolutionary psychology plays a role in human reproduction: quite literally ensuring our conscious survival.
Human Design, therefore, is the first real connective tissue between physiology and the mapping of our energy in terms of emotional regulation and how thoughts become things. We literally breathe in and transmute energy which then pulses through various parts of our bodies at any given time through a variety of interconnected sine waves. We listen to our gut feelings when things feel "off", our hearts "hurt" when we feel grief, even our emotions have their ups and downs based on what time of the month we may be in, as it relates to menstrual cycles, cycles of the moon, and cycles of the seasons. We are stardust made conscious on a planet which spins at about 1,040 miles per hour, circling a star within the literal "Goldilocks" zone of biological reality. There is still SO MUCH we do NOT know about the floor of our own oceans, let alone the full spectrum of truth in the Cosmos! And the more we study Quantum Physics, the more our human battery bodies begin to make sense on a multi-dimensional plane of existence.
